Grimas

I finally got a creamy palette and started experimenting with bruises and all kinds of stuff. I'm going to practise more in order to make them look more realistic. I'm really excited about this Grimas Palette as I think it will help me a lot and also, it was pretty expensive. I hope to get an alcohol activated one soon as they make the bruises look even more realistic and you can blend the colours and shades more easily.

Anyway, I used this palette last weekend when we filmed a video for a local metal band so I'm going to show you the final result when it's ready. Until then, there's preview at the end of this post.

Also, this week I'm going to an event and making alines so there's going to be a post about that soon. I hope it goes well. It would be better if I had prosthetics but I can't really afford them right now. I'm always dreaming about using real prosthetics not only the small ones that I improvise. Anyway, this may happen soon if all goes my way, so keep your fingers crossed!

Orochimaru

I did this look a few years ago and now I decided to retry it. This time it came out much better, considering it's after about 5-6 years and now I'm more experienced with make-up and stuff.
Anyway, since I was in the 5th grade I've been quite a Naturo fan and Orochimaru was one of my favourite characters. Now it's been a while since I last watched the show but I think I still like it, it's pretty nice and it teaches you some important stuff like never giving up on something you really want, loyalty, friendship...
I don't remember the products I used but I must mention that I altered my nose a bit to make it more like his cause I have a really round nose... haha. Also, as you can already see, I used photoshop for my eyes, too, as I don't have lenses.
Also, I've just noticed that the eyes look half-desaturated and I have no idea why, maybe my old laptop settings were messing with me when I edited it but now it's kinda' too late so I'll just leave it like this.

Living Dead

I'm sick so I think this look would go with how I feel. I caught a really nasty cold but today it's already the 3rd day so I'm kinda better, no more fever and gaining some of my strength back.

Anyway, this is a look I did a while ago using some rope, latex and lipstick cause I was out of fake blood. I had to alter the colours in order to make it look more blood-like. At first I didn't want to add any blood cause I liked how the sewn mouth thing came out but at the end I went for a more gory look. You kinda miss the details in this version but maybe I'll redo it and keep it clean this time. I don't remember what I used for the eyes and the rest of my face.

Bridal III (on model)

This is another bridal look I did, this time on someone else, Cristina Ioana
I used Makeup Revolution products, Sleek ones and the foundation is by Oriflame.
I also took the photos and retouched them.

This second look is the one she went to school with cause she couldn't go with the first one so I just added a darker colour to the lids and blended it together with the rest. This is the result, I think it looks pretty good.

Purple HWD

Today I played a bit with some simple make-up but I wanted to do something 'bolder' for the lips, so there are three versions of this look, with different lips and different eye make-up (well, the eyeliner). The last look is the one I like the most cause it's something I would normally wear.
I used Makeup Revolution eyeshadows and their lipsticks in 'Depraved' and 'Make it right'. Also, an eyeliner by Kallos.

Happy International Women's Day!

Animal Print

While the weather is fucked up again, I still have this spring outfit idea, so I'm posting it now anyway. I must say that I haven't yet worn these shoes I got a few months ago from an online store here (they were on sale, so I paid only 50 lei for them, which is quite cheap for a new pair of shoes). So I can't wait to wear them but now I have to wait for the 'spring snow' to pass.. haha.
The shirt is from Select, the sweather is a gift from my mom and the jeans are just one of my old pairs of jeans that I have since I was in highschool. Oh, and the rings I got from ebay.

As for me, my blood tests came out fine, also some of the other tests but I'm still waiting for a few results so, keep your fingers crossed. On the other hand, I got an inhaler but I hope not to use it very often if not at all. I've been having some trouble breathing for the past few weeks so I got checked out and it turned out that there may be something wrong there but they were not sure as I'm still fighting a REALLY NASTY cold that I caught a few weeks ago. So, we'll see how this goes.

There's also a song for this post as I made this sort of my signature, so, enjoy:

Dark Red

After some 'beauty' make-up looks, I tried to do an alternative of that kind of look, which I like to call 'dark beauty'. This is more like how I do my make-up when I go out and I feel more comfortable wearing it. I used some Sleek eyeshadows, some Makeup Revolution ones, some BH Cosmetics ones, and on my lips I have a cheap lipstick that I got from the subway stores. I actually have two of them cause I was so happy with the first one that I had to buy another one even before finishing the first, just in case I wouldn't find it anymore. It's creamy and quite long-lasting and has this deep red shade that I'm in love with. In the photos it looks almost like a regular red shade but it's actually darker.

I walk the line

Another outfit idea for spring. I don't have much to say today. So maybe I'll edit this post another day and say more stuff... or I don't know.

Anyway, lately I've been obsessed with this song and the covers of it and I think this one is the best I've listened to until now:
